i just finished reading the glass castle by jeannette walls. i cannot recommend this book enough. this is a memoir of walls’ unorthodox childhood and her parents who toted their kids from state to state, where they lived in houses that were falling apart and spend months sleeping in their car. walls is an incredible writer and tells her story as it happened, without judgment or psychoanalyzing.
read this. you won’t be sorry.
